PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Can I get this bike in matte-black frame and chrome components(brakes, handlebar, seatpost, crank, rack) and brown seat handlegrips? I would like it to match my wife's Evryjourney.
Unfortunately, we do not have that option available.
You could customize the bike on your own, its just not something we have the ability to do at the moment. -
how much assembly is required
The bike will arrive about 80% assembled. You will need to unpackage the bike, mount the front Fender, mount the front wheel, set the handlebars in place. Attach the pedals, the seat, and put some air in the tires. Everything bolts together and all the tools you will need are included inside the small box with the sixthreezero literature.

What type of shifters are on this bike?
The shifter is a Shimano Index 7 Speed with the Tourney Derailleur and gear set on the rear tire.
The index shifter is a twist-shifter that you roll forward to upshift and roll backwards to downshift. -
What is the maximum weight capacity of the rear rack? I’ve purchased the Hamas “Caress” child carrier for use with our EVRYjourny bikes. The manufacturer states “ The bike rack must also have a minimum weight capacity of 55 pounds.“. Will the rack support this requirement?
The bike rack has a maximum capacity of 25KG, which is a tiny bit more than 55lbs.
According to your specs, this should work for you.
Please note, we have not tried to put that child seat on the bike, so we cannot guarantee that it is compatible with our bike rack. -
Your page for the tech specs for the Journey mens touring hybird is incorrect : https://www.sixthreezero.com/products/evryjourney-mens-touring-hybrid-matte-black It states: CASSETTE Brand: Shimano Teeth Count: 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, & 28 Upon chatting with your chat link online, the rep told me that the cassette (ONE not THREE) is 44 Teeth (for 7-speed). I checked this a few months ago, and was assured by the rep that the tech page would be updated. As a result, I am a little on the fence about making a purchase with sixthreezero. If the web site cannot be checked for quality control, what does one expect from customer service? Little things are big things sometimes, especially when it comes to customer service. It's just like a relationship, it's the little things that count that can make or break...
I appreciate your concern for details. I have updated the 7-speed model to show the correct teeth count on the website. It is 44 in fact.
