Will this work with the women’s every journey?
The basket will require the specific Topeak MTX basket.

Will this work with the women's Pave n' Trail?
This will work, however you need to get the MTX rear rack for it as well (which is compatible with the PaveNTrail bike).

It says it connects to the MTX system, does that mean it won't attach to the built in rack on the Around The Block bike?

Yes, this basket requires the Topeak MTX rear rack, it will not directly mount to the rear rack that comes on the Around The Block model bike.
