How much assembly is required?
Hello, and we hope you are healthy and well.
Assembly consists of attaching the front Fender, the front wheel, the handlebars, pedals, and seat.
Everything attaches by bolt-on, and all tools are included with your bike. This will probably take 45 minutes including undressing the protective packaging from the bike.
For most models, we have assembly videos that you can find in our blog.

Is this bike good on trails and gravel?
It can ride on trails and gravel, but I would not recommend it as a primary use.
The Pave N Trail or the Body Ease would do much better on these types of terrain. -
The wheel colors are different for the different colors. Is that customizable?
Unfortunately, no. For 7-speed and 21-speed models, we only have Silver Rims available.
Single and 3 Speed models have a wider variety of colors available on the customizer. -
Does it have trigger shifter
This model features the Index Grip Shifters, which you roll forward to upshift and roll backwards to downshift.
