Replacement caliper was different than what came with the original bike. Had to take to local bicycle shop to have properly repaired. Sixthreezero agreed to cover cost of repair.

If a replacement part will not fix the problem sixthreezero.com will replace the bike and pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the broken bike and sending the new bike.
