Poor packaging, damaged battery rack. Rack was put on wrong. Pictures were sent to 630 with paint chipping on rack then discovered rods were bent somehow and screwed in wrong places. Spent a day emailing between Amazon and 630. Finally talked to marry in your warranty dept. after several explanations of issue, a rear rack was finally ordered. waiting for the rack I discovered seat post was not included. Which still hasn’t come. I ordered one from Amazon that came in 2 days. My son was able to put the bike together. Between waiting for parts my time to return bike to Amazon was up. I would not have been able to return bike because bike was in pieces and When I talked to Emil in parts he suggested he would call a bike mechanic in my area to come to my house to put rack on due to battery wiring. I knew that was not going to happen and as I told him and he found out we have no such service. Again suggestion was made to bring to a bike shop. I’m 74 and was not going to do that. Anyway after over a month from receiving bike my son was able to put bike together.
I was hesitant about him doing anything to the battery in fear of something going wrong 630 would not honor warranty. All in all bike is put together.
