PRE-ORDERING

Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.

HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS

In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.

If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.


PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.

  • Does the frame of the 3-speed bodyease have eyelets for mounting a water bottle cage? Thanks

    They do not unfortunately.

  • I bought the Body Ease Women,s 7 Speed Step Through Comfort Bicycle-Navy on 11/29/2019 and the seat that the bike came with is way to hard. Do you have a softer seat available for his bike? Please let me know as soon as possible.

    We do have different seats available. 
    Message theteam@sixthreezero.com - they will set you up with the right seat and how to order it. 
    Any seat you can find will work on the bike, the seat is simply unmounted fro the seat stem post, all you need is a 6mm Allen wrench.

  • Im 5 foot 2 and your questions indicate this is a great bike for me but the spec says shortest should be 5 foot 3.

    Yes, this bike is going to be too large for you. We found that women below 5'3'' will find the bike too difficult to ride and not as comfortable as it could be.

  • I have a Honda CRV SUV. Could I fit this bike in the back of it with the back seats down and the front wheel on? Does this bike have a quick release front wheel?

    Yes, this bike will fit with the wheel on. it has a quick-release, so it is easily removed if you need to.

  • What is the lowest gear setting on the 7 speed?

    The Crank has 44T, and the lowest cog on the rear cassette has 28T, giving it a ratio of .636 on the lowest gear setting.

  • What is the distance of the top tube to the ground at it's lowest point (where you would step through). I am 64 and 5'3" tall. i have a 26" evryjourney and have difficulty stepping over the top tube

    It is 19" at the step-through point on the Body Ease, which is about the same as the EVRYjourney. 5'3" is the absolute shortest height recommendation for the women's Body Ease, so I am not sure if this is going to be a better choice for you. 

    Under the 'Geometry' section of the description (just underneath the main image of the product page), there is a list of all the dimensions of the bike, which will give you an idea of how it will fit you.

  • Best bike for woman over 60- 5’2.5 “ - 150 lbs

    Greetings, and thank you for your inquiry. 
    We did a fitting test and found that women under 5'4" would be uncomfortable riding this bike.
    The EVRYjourney would be my only recommendation for you, it would be the right size for your height and would be very comfortable.

    Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it for you, we did some height checks with women of various heights, and 5'3'' was the absolute shortest height that could ride the  Body Ease comfortably. A 24" EVRYjourney would be my recommendation for you, but it is a totally different kind of bike as the wheels, pedaling position, seat style, and frame are much different than the Body Ease.

  • Can you put a basket on the front? I read somewhere that it isn't possible because of the design. Thanks!

    Hello, and thank you for your email.
    Baskets will work on this bike. The brake and shifter cables will need to be pushed against the handlebar (behind the basket when it is mounted), which may be why some people have reported that some baskets do not work on this model.

  • When will you have fenders for this style? Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was fender less. Clearly, the pictures show no fenders, but there were so many pictures of so many bikes and most of them do have fenders so I just screwed this up. I would NOT have bought this bike without fenders.

    It is something we are working on, most likely in January 2020 we will release the 2nd iteration of the Body Ease with Fenders and a few other changes that improve the product. 
    There are after-market fenders available on Amazon (make sure it is 700cx35c size), however, the paint is not going to match.
    We do have the return policy if you wish to return your bike.

  • Can fenders be added?

    Unfortunately, fenders that we carry are not compatible with the Body ease and the PaveN'Trail bikes. The front suspension fork does not allow the addition of fenders.
