If a replacement part will not fix the problem sixthreezero.com will replace the bike and pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the broken bike and sending the new bike.

- The rims, spokes, tires, and tubes (normal wear and tear items).
- Cosmetic damage from usage, rust from natural elements (storing your bike outside).
- Electric Bicycles are not applicable (please see warranty page for details)
