  • What is the weight capacity of this bike? Is it a good fit for larger riders?

  • What is the tire width on the A/O Jackie? is it wider than 1.5 inches?

    The width of the Tire on the bike is 1.5' inches (700C x 36C).

  • What is the weight of the A/O Jackie?

    38lbs assembled.

  • Can this have 24 inch tires instead of 26?

    Unfortunately, the Jackie only comes with 27.5" tires. 

  • Is the Jackie lower to the ground for the step over? There are no Specs on this one. I need lower than the 21if possible due to an injury.

    Yes, the step-over height is about 19 inches (or the height of your-knee-cap).
    This is our most easily-mounted bicycle frame.

  • How long does shipping take? Is this one size fits all? I didn’t see this bicycle on amazon

    Shipping is a little slower than usual, but 5-10 days total for delivery typically.
    6" bike fit 5' to 6'2'' typically, and 700c are 5'3''' to 6'4''.
    Not on Amazon yet, new model.
