PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
I'm 6ft tall and 64yo, so would prefer the Pave n' trail, but with the BodyEase seat. Is that possible? Also, how long do you think it will be before these bikes are available again? I live in Charlottesville, VA. Thanks.
Hi, Brian!
Thank you for reaching us out about your inquiry. We understand that you wanted to have a more comfortable bike seat if you purchase a Pave N Trail model. However, we are unable to accomodate customize order at the moment. With regard to your second question, the ETA for our Pave N Trail bikes will on June 2021.
I hope this answers your inquiry.

How does the bike ship? How much assembly will be required
Hello, and we hope you are healthy and well.
Assembly consists of attaching the front Fender, the front wheel, the handlebars, pedals, and seat.
Everything attaches by bolt-on, and all tools are included with your bike. This will probably take 30 minutes including undressing the protective packaging from the bike.
For most models, we have assembly videos that you can find in our blog.
We are here to help with assembly, please contact us through email if you need assistance via theteam@sixthreezero.com -

Is this a good bike for someone that is 6'3 or 6'4? Thinking of purchasing for my son in law
He would be at the very maximum height that we recommend for the PaveN'Trail Men's bike.

What is the weight of this bike (Paven Trail)
Greetings,
The weight of the PaveNTrail bike is 40 lbs. when assembled.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions. -
What's the difference between BodyEase and Paven'Trail?
Greetings,
The main differences are:
1. The PaveN'Trail has a more robust handlebar stem and headset (where the handlebars attach to the frame) which makes the bike more capable when riding on unpaved surfaces (dirt roads, trails, gravel).
2. The seating position on the Body Ease is more vertical, which puts far less stress and weight on your arms and shoulders.
3. The seat on the Body Ease is designed more for comfort, and the PaveN'Trail seat is designed more for performance.
4. They both feature front fork suspension and seat post suspension for shock absorption.
Overall, the PaveN'Trail is more of a performance bike and the BodyEase is more of a comfort bike, even though they share similar components.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions or need help with a bike recommendation.
