PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.
Please visit our Pre-Order FAQ page for more information, or contact us at theteam@sixthreezero.com

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
I'm 6'3, 225 pounds and interested in a cruiser bike. But most on this site say they aren't a fit for me. Should I be looking for a different kind of bike or specific features that will be a good fit?
Hi, Jeff!
Thank you for sending us your inquiry. I am wondering if were you able to take our Bodyfit assessment to check which of the bicycles we offer suits your needs? We highly suggest checking out this Bodyfit assessment as well as check this link for the list of the available bikes we have at the moment: https://www.sixthreezero.com/collections/available-bikes.
Please let us know if you have more questions about the bicycles that we offer. We appreciate your interest in purchasing one of our bicycles.

My husband is 6’1”. He has a long torso and short legs(pants length is 32 and they are too long sometimes). The body fit says this bike won’t fit. Is it because of his height? He weighs 230 lbs.
Yes, he would be uncomfortable riding this cruiser. We tested the bike on gentlemen ranging from 5' to 6'4'' in height, 6' was the tallest height that could ride the bike comfortably. His weight is no issue, our bikes are all rated at 300 lbs maximum rider weight.

I am interested in the Around the Clock Men's 7-speed, but I'm not sure it's the right size for me. I'm 5' 4" and even though your site says it is a fit, I have read that a 19" frame, such as this bike has, is for taller people. Can I trust that I will be able to ride this bike without any problems? Thanks.
Yes, at your height, this bike will fit you comfortably.
The height range for the Around The Block Men's is 5' to 6' tall.
We always have our return policy.
If you do not like the bike, you can send it back and we cover the shipping costs -
Do you have any dealerships in Florida at all?
We do in fact,
Salty Beaches Surf Shop
19823 Gulf Blvd
Indian Shores FL 33785
We also deal with eBikeliquidators, based out of Key West, but I am certain they only ship and sell online. -
So if we purchased a bike and it didn’t meet our expectations can we return no charge or are we responsible for the shipping?
All you will need to do is disassemble the bike by removing handlebars, the pedals, seat, and front wheel.
Basically the exact opposite procedure of the assembly and repackage the bike. Place back in the original packaging as best you can, and we will send you a FedEx shipping label.
We do what we can to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions. -
Can I get instructions on the mens around the block 7 speed bike
We have them listed here in PDF.
Please message theteam@sixthreezero.com if you need a copy mailed to you.
Thank you! -
What country are these bikes built in ,and do you have dealers in the Bradenton,Florida area?
All of our bikes are manufactured in China, and soon some will be manufactured in Viet Nam.
Currently, we do not have any dealers in Bradenton, FL.
We do have a 365 day return policy, so if you do not find the bike is working for you, we can always take it back, just keep the packaging until you know if you are going to keep it or not. -
I am 73 years old. My community is very hilly. Is a 21 speed better for me or a seven speed?
I would go with a 21 speed based on what you are saying. Very hilly areas are much better suited when you have a wider range of gears to select from.

what is the weight limit on the rack?
The weight limit on our racks is 30 lbs.

Is the 7 speed a freewheel or coaster brake ?
Greetings, and thank you for your inquiry.
All 7-speed and 21-speed bikes will have the freewheel with front and rear handbrakes, no pedal brakes of any kind.
Single and 3-speed models (with the exception of the Ride In The Park 3-Speed models) will have a pedal brake.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions. -
I am 285 and 6' tall. Is this bike ok for me
Greetings,
Yes, you will fit the Around The Block model. You are at the top of the height recommendation for this bike.
Another model to look at would be the In The Barrel, which has a slightly higher height limit of 6'4''.
Thank you and please let us know if you have any other questions. -
Why is a 3 speed more expensive than a 7 speed? Where can I learn more about the tires? They all look cool, but lack descriptions. Thanks!
Greetings,
The cost of producing the 3-speed internal-hub is higher than the 7 speed with an external derailleur, that is the only reason a 3 speed is more expensive.
The tires for the Around The Block are manufactured by WD, they are the standard beach cruiser style of tires.
Thank you and please let us know if you have any other questions. -
HI, is the AroundtheBlock bike, a steel frame ? Thanks
Greetings,
Yes, the Around The Block model is a steel frame.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
