Thank you for sending us your inquiry. I'm afraid that we do not have any electric bikes that we can offer you with such tech specs. Most of our e-bikes are on 24" and 26" and powered by a 250W or a 500W battery.

The Aluminum frame bikes are going to weigh about 10% less than steel frame bikes.
For example, the Aluminum EVRYjourney 7 Speed weighs 38.1 lbs assembled, and the Steel version weighs 42.0 lbs assembled.
