PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Why would I buy an explore your range if the reach your destination is as fast and performs as well but more comfortable? Your answer to prior question makes me wonder who this bike is actually for or why anyone would choose it
People all like different bikes for different reasons. There are people who prefer the thinner road-bike style of seat on the Explore Your Range, over the cruiser style of seat on the Reach Your Destination.

What are the differences between the men's Explore Your Range, Reach your Destination, and Firmstrong's ANYjouney? Which one is faster? Lighter? More comfortable? Better upright seating position?http://www.sixthreezero.com/products/mens-explore-your-options
Hello,
The ANYjourney is vastly different from the Explore Your Range and the Reach Your Destination. The ANYjourney from Firmstrong is a hybrid of a beach cruiser and a comfort bike.
It has a pedal forward design, which means the rider sits up straighter, and the pedals are out in front of the rider. it is a slow and easy-going kind of bike.
The ANYjourney overall serves a different purpose, and I think it would be more comfortable with the 3.
The Explore Your Range bike is much more performance-based. We consider it a sportier commuter style of bike. The sitting position is directly over the pedals and the rider leans forward. The wheels are larger in diameter (700c) and the tires are thinner, reducing rolling resistance and increasing the speed of the bike. Explore Your Range is going to be much lighter and much faster than the Firmstrong ANYjourney, but about the same as the Reach Your Destination.
The Reach Your Destination is a much more comfortable version of the Explore Your Range, with some cosmetic differences. They both have 700c sized wheels (about 27.5" in diameter), but the Reach Your Destination has a semi-slick tire that rides very, very smooth. The seating position and pedal position of the Reach Your Destination is designed so it is more comfortable than a bike like the Explore Your Range, but doesn't compromise any of the speed and performance.
Hope this helps, please let us know if you have any other questions. -
Hi. Does this bike allow for a totally upright riding position? My neck will bother me leaned forward or back. Old motor cycle injury.
Greetings,
This bike might not be the right model for you, it is more of a performance bike, so you will be leaning forward while riding.
The Body Ease or the EVRYjourney would be the recommendation I would make for you.
These two models have upright riding positions, which will take the stress away from your neck and shoulders.
Hope this helps, please let us know if you have any other questions or product recommendations. -
How much does this bike weigh?
Greetings,
The Men's Explore Your Range when assembled weights 33 lbs.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
