PRE-ORDERING
Since the response to the Global Pandemic in mid-March, bicycle demand has increased significantly as it is an outdoor activity and one of the few things that people across the country could enjoy during this time in human history.
We have sold out of many of our models, and we are currently offering an option to "Pre-Order" incoming inventory from our factories. This is a program we have employed so that riders who truly are looking for a new bicycle to ride during these historic times.
HOW PRE-ORDERING A BICYCLE WORKS
In the most basic sense, it is a reservation on future inventory yet to be ready for sale to riders. On the product page of the bike you wish to order, you will either see a button to "Notify Me When In Stock" or to "Pre-Order" the bicycle. If the "Add To Cart" or "Buy It Now" buttons are active, your bike is in immediate stock and will usually ship within 3-5 business days.
If the "Notify Me When In Stock" button is present, this means that we do not have reliable delivery dates available, so we don't make the promise that we will ship on a specific date, when in fact we do not have verification that it will. The best thing to do is to sign up for the email notification when it is shown on the product page of the bicycle you would like to order.
Please note, when you receive a stock notification, it may very well be a notice that "Pre-Order" is now available for the specific bicycle you are interested in.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of international logistics, and the number of suppliers that provide all the materials to build and manufacture our bicycles, shipping delivery times are subject to change. With the global Pandemic added to the situation, it makes delivery dates dificult to predict. We will email you updates and expected shipping date changes if we experience any during the time of your pre-order.
Please visit our Pre-Order FAQ page for more information, or contact us at theteam@sixthreezero.com

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Hi, i purchased this bike for my 11 year old daughter who’s 4.5, the handlebars seem too wide for her, do you sell smaller ones?
Hi, Geidy!
Thank you for reaching out to us about your concern. Unfortunately, we do not sell any handlebars at the moment. You might want to check you local bike shop for handlebar which is appropriate for your child's need.
I hope this answers your inquiry.

Hi!! I love the look of this bike as I am 4’10”, would it be able to be customized in cream? I absolutely love that color. Also possible to add ebike function too?
Hi, Pamela!
Thank you for showing interest in purchasing sixthreezero EVRYjourney Women's 24" 7 Speed Step-Through Touring Hybrid Bicycle.
We know that you wanted to have this bike with your preferred modification to make it suitable for your needs. However, we are unable to cater to customization request. This bike is only available in two colors and converting this to an electric bicycle is not advisable as this may void its warranty.
I hope this answers your inquiry.

What rear child seat do you suggest that works best with this bike?
The Topeak Child Seat works best.

I am mostly interested in the Body Ease model due to back and knee pain but because i’m 5ft i was thinking I need a 24 in and looks as though the Body Ease isn’t for my height. Is there a recommended alternative?
Hello,
The EVRYjourney 24" is what I would recommend for you, based on your height and condition. -
I just purchased a 24” EVRY Journey bike (teal) )and want to register it for a Warrenty but I need the serial number. Where can I find it on the bike? The purchase was through Amazon. Thank you
The serial number will be on the bottom bracket, which is the housing of the pedal crank. If you flip the bike over (upside down) and rest it on the seat and handlebars, you will see the number right below where the pedal crank connects to the bike.
