I purchased the 3-speed model of the bike back in April, but my wife is unsatisfied with the 3-speeds and would like to change to a 7-speed version. Can this be done?

Yes, you are right within the recommended height range, and you are about to attach a basket for your dog on the rear rack or the handlebars.

The Body Ease would be my recommendation for you based on your height and riding locations. 
It has a quick-release front wheel.

Hi, we have a Ride in the Park for my daughter and one of the screws that holds the fender on the front wheel fork popped off. Can you tell me what size the screw is so I can replace it?

I am looking for a bike for my girlfriend. She is 5'7" and her main use would be riding about 4 miles to work on surface roads. Would this be a good choice of a bike for her? I like the return policy, and you get great reviews on your product. Please advise if there is a better bike for her use or if this model is appropriate. Thank you,

Greetings, and thank you for your message. 

Yes, this would actually be a great choice for exactly that purpose. The Low-resistance tires and the lightweight aluminum frame will make the ride to work very smooth and effortless. Another model I think would work very well for her would be the Reach Your Destination. The seating position is slightly leaned back and the seat is wider, so it comes down to preference. Same size wheels and the tires are semi-slick for high performance on paved roads and streets.

I am 4’11 and would like to know if you make Ride in the Park in a 24’. I want a step thru with the smaller tires like the Ride in the park. Thanks, Colleen Fontenot

Unfortunately, we do not make a Ride In The Park model with tires smaller than the 700c size (about 27.5") that it uses.
The 24" EVRYjourney and 24" Around The Block models are the only bikes that I would recommend for your height. 
The EVRYjourney is going to be your best-bet, it has thee low step-through frame, and the tires are 1.95" wide.
