Electric Touring Cruiser Bike with 500 Watt Rear Hub Drive Motor with an ergonomically designed frame for maximum comfort and riding ease. A beautifully styled electric bike perfect for the rider that wants to travel by two wheels but prefers a reduced work load on their body. Go beyond your farthest ridden distances, up those daunting hills, and into strong winds without requiring extreme strain on your joints and muscles. Having the electric motor provides piece of mind knowing that if your body fatigues you have a backup power source to assist you. The smooth and simple electric motor reduces the muscle exertion required to power your two wheels. You decide the workout you get, leaving your body as fatigued as you want it to be after completing your ride.
The ultra comfortable ergonomic frame design keeps you in an upright, relaxed riding position reducing strain on your back, hip, shoulders and knees. Haven’t ridden in a bike in a long time, the EVRYjourney Electric is perfect for you. The low swooping step-thru frame and forward pedaling design make mounting and dismounting this bike a snap. The forward pedaling design keeps you low to the ground, while still providing ample leg extension when pedaling. Being low to the ground makes stopping easy and safe, reducing risk of tipping over and making it simple to put your feet flat on the ground when stopping.
The 500 Watt electric bike motor can be used in three ways when riding. Sweat it out and push your muscles, leave the motor off and let your legs provide the power like a traditional bicycle. Inspired to ride farther than you ever have but nervous you may not have enough energy to get home, set it to pedal assist and engage the motor only when you pedal. Don’t want to feel an ounce of sweat pierce your skin, let the motor do all of the work by using the thumb throttle to move the bike entirely under the power of the motor. You just focus on the feel of the wind, the warmth of the sun on your face and the majesty of the surroundings you encounter on your ride. Perfect for the commute that was just a little too far, the ride that had just too many steep hills or for the everyday ride you want to enjoy a whole lot more.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
My wife and I both just purchased new EvryJourney bikes. My question is can I purchase a Ebike conversion kit for our new bikes. If so can I assemble this myself? We are both 62 years old and getting ready to retire in North Myrtle beach and could use the electric boost to getup the hill where our condo is located. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have a conversion kit. The frames are different, they do not have the same disc-brake mounting points and widened-rear wheel stay.
Return policy, we can get those bikes back to our warehouse and use your full credit towards the electric models.

If my wife does not like the everyjourney, can she return for a trike with 500 watts of power?
Yes, when buying directly through us you are elegible for our 365 day test ride policy. You can test ride the bike for a whole year and if you don't like it at any point, you can return it for a refund or in your case, you can return it and use the funds towards getting a trike.

How long does the battery take to recharge? In case of a day-long trip, chan I rechaqrge over lunch at a regular electric outlet?
Charging usually takes about 4 to 6 hours depending on how low the battery charge is.
I personally own the men's version of this bike. Using only full throttle on flat land (throttle only, no pedalling), I was able to cover 30 miles and used 80% of the battery. If you are pedalling with poedal assits, I would estimate extending that range to 40 miles at the most. You don't want to run the battery completely dry, it will shorten the life of the battery if you do. at 20%, it took 4 hours to charge back to 100% capacity. -
Pedal Assist - is a shared function like 50% exercise and 50% motor so I can still pedal and feel a work-out. I mainly want a bike for exercise. For example, I frequently find myself on a slight grade with my regular 360 bicycle and wish I just had a little bit of electric boost to ease the pressure on my ageing knees. But I don't want to stop the work-out, just rachet it down a bit. I am asking because my last e-bike had pedal assist, but what it meant was that you use the pedal to start the motor and then the motor takes over. There's no exercise involved. I was able to return it for a full refund.
Hello,
The pedal assist will work in a similar manner when you start pedaling, the motor will kick in and give you a boost to get up to speed. It will then give a small amount of boost to maintain a cruising speed of 14-20mph, depending on how hard you pedal.
The controller has 5 strength setting for the pedal-assist model. For example, if you have it set on power setting 1, you will get 20% of the motors capable 500 Watts of power. For setting 2, you will get 40%, and so on. If you want the small boost, and want to get exercise, leave the pedal assist on setting 1 and that will accomplish what you are trying to achieve. -
IS ASSEMBLY EASY? WHAT TOOLS ARE REQUIRED? THANKS!
All the tools you will need will be included with your bicycle. Assembly is easy, but the most difficult part is going to be aligning the disc brakes and making sure that they are set up properly.
If you do purchase one of our eBikes and need to have a professional assemble the bike, we can cover the cost of it for you. -
Can you take the battery and motor out? For long distances, the electric assist is great, but it's not always needed.
The battery is removable, however, the motor is not removable as it is part of the rear wheel.

With the everyjourney, can I ride it literally anywhere? I want a bike that I can ride on hilly gravel trails, roads, anywhere( that I wouldn’t ride a mountain bike). I’m looking for a very flexible use bike, to simplify my life. Step thru is ideal, as I’m quite petite-5’4” 100lbs. Weight of bike can be an issue. Thanks for any assistance or advice you can give me!
Thank you for your questions, I would be happy to answer for you.
The EVRYjourney is very versatile regarding locations and types of terrain that you can safely ride on. Just as you describe, you can ride this bike anywhere with the exception of where you would go mountain-biking. The tires are wide and grippy for gravel roads and dirt trails, but slick enough for an effortless ride on paved surfaces.
The bike you sent your question through was one of our Electric models of the EVRYjourney. Electric bikes are a fantastic way to refrain from using your car and make local mobility far more enjoyable. However, you did mention the weight being a factor. The weight of our eBikes when the battery is connected is about 62 lbs. You may want to consider this if you are in the market for an electric bicycle. Standard EVRYjourney models will weigh 38lbs assembled.
The only other option I would recommend would be the PaveN'Trail model, based on the criteria that are important to you. The EVRYjourney will work very well as I described, however with hilly gravel roads and trails being frequently, the PaveN'Trail model would be a best-bet.
At the end of the day, we want you to love your bike, and our best-in-class return policy will ensure that we find the right bike for you.
Thank you, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
