Hey guys, Dustin here, CEO of six three zero. Want to talk to you today about what do you if my bike comes damaged.
So, the first thing you should do is reach out to us directly, theteam@sixthreezero.com. What we ask for is just send us a photo and a description of the issue you're encountering.
Now, if the damage is causing a component to not work or it's just aesthetic damage on the frame or the fender, please send us a photo and we can take care of it. If you can produce a video that would be even more helpful. Or you can also set up a call with our mechanics to discuss your damage with them directly, that's also an option.
But that's how you submit it, just send an email, theteam@sixthreezero.com, and detail what's going on. Please follow up with a photo and your order number, your order number as well.
If you're an Amazon customer or any of our other retailers, please indicate to us where you purchased the bike, it'd be very helpful for us to keep track of everything.
But don't forget, at six three zero I promise you we stand behind everything and we will not leave a customer behind. If you're not happy we will figure out a way to get you the parts or a new bike that you need to make sure you enjoy your riding experience.
